1. Information you provide

If you call us, you may choose to share your name, contact details, property interests and project information. The contact page also presents fields for your name, email address, optional phone number, optional area of interest and a message about your idea. When you send that form, those details and the time of your message are stored in our website’s private database so Mike can read and reply to your inquiry. Access to those details is restricted to authorized staff through a password-protected staff page, and to the hosting and database service providers that operate the website; the form does not create an account for you. We use information you provide by phone to respond to your inquiry and discuss the services you request. Please avoid sharing sensitive financial, identity or other unnecessary personal information in an initial inquiry. This website does not offer visitor accounts, newsletter sign-ups or online payments.

2. Information involved in visiting the site

Our website hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages and request times to deliver the site, maintain reliability and address security issues. The website itself does not run advertising pixels or visitor analytics. To limit abuse, the contact form records a privacy-respecting hashed technical identifier of the sender so repeated submissions can be rate-limited; this hash is not linked to your identity. For ordinary visitors the application does not set cookies or use local or session storage; the private staff sign-in page does use browser storage to keep the authorized staff session active. This does not mean that hosting providers or services you choose to use process no information.

3. Fonts, video and external services

Google Fonts supplies the site's typography. Loading these fonts involves requests to Google, which receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information.

The optional film uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. The player is loaded only after you choose to play the film. Playback connects to YouTube and may involve technical information, cookies or similar technologies under Google's policies; privacy-enhanced mode does not make playback anonymous. You can browse the site without playing the film.

4. Use and disclosure

Information connected with the site and your inquiry may be used to provide requested information, communicate with you, operate and protect the website, meet legal obligations and address disputes. It may be handled by providers supporting those functions, or disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or prevent fraud. The website does not include a personal-information sales mechanism or use advertising trackers for cross-site targeted advertising.

5. Retention and security

Inquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records and meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the inquiry and any resulting relationship; providers may have their own retention practices. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed secure. We will provide notices of security incidents when applicable law requires them.

6. Your choices and requests

You can choose what information to share in a call, decline the optional video, and manage cookies and similar technologies through your browser. Blocking third-party requests may affect fonts or video. The website does not currently change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal.

7. Children

This is a general-audience home and design website, not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change and will revise the date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
