1. Website information and inquiries

This website provides general information about homes, design ideas and our work. It is not an offer to sell a particular property, a binding price quote, a reservation or a construction agreement. Calling us or viewing a plan does not create a design, building or other professional-services contract. Any services, price, scope, schedule, warranty and property-specific commitments must be set out in a separate written agreement. That agreement governs those services.

2. Plans, photographs and visualizations

The site includes completed-home photographs, architectural drawings and conceptual or AI-assisted visualizations. Renderings and altered scenes are illustrations, not evidence that a depicted home has been built or that a particular site, view, finish or feature is available. Landscape, sky, lighting, furnishings and materials may be illustrative. Refer to the description accompanying each project and ask us to clarify any image or detail important to your decision.

Plans, dimensions, areas, features and availability shown online are preliminary or descriptive and may change. Online drawings are not permit-ready construction documents and must not be used for construction without authorization and the required professional review, site evaluation and approvals. Final signed documents and applicable codes govern a project. Nothing in this section limits responsibility for a misleading statement or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Intellectual property

Site text, branding, photography, drawings and other material may be protected by copyright, trademark and other laws and belong to Enchanted Spaces LLC or their respective rights holders. You may view the site and keep reasonable personal copies for evaluating our work, with ownership notices intact. Viewing or downloading a design does not grant a license to build from it, reproduce it commercially or claim it as your own. Obtain the relevant rights holder's permission for other uses unless the law permits them.

4. Responsible use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, impersonate others or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or address misuse.

5. External services and privacy

Links and embedded services may be operated by third parties under their own terms. We do not control their content or availability. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling connected with this website and its optional services.

6. Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but content may contain errors and the site may be interrupted or changed. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular use. To that same extent, Enchanted Spaces LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website. This provision does not alter a separate written services agreement or exclude fraud, willful misconduct, or liability, warranties or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Governing law

Arizona law governs these website terms, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory protections of the jurisdiction that applies to you or the transaction. These terms do not displace New Mexico requirements governing New Mexico real estate, design or construction, or any consumer rights that cannot be waived. A separate signed agreement may specify the law governing a particular project.

8. Changes and questions

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing signed project agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
